Professional Biography

Aindrea Pledger is a trial attorney at White & Stradley, where she represents plaintiffs in catastrophic and complex personal injury cases, including medical malpractice cases. She is dedicated to advocating for individuals who have been seriously injured and guiding them through some of the most difficult moments of their lives with clarity, strength, and compassion.

A seasoned trial lawyer, Aindrea has tried more than 55 jury trials across North Carolina. Her extensive courtroom experience gives her a strategic edge in high-stakes litigation and reinforces her commitment to achieving meaningful results for her clients.

Aindrea began her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Forsyth and Guilford counties, including serving as a Special Domestic Violence Prosecutor. In this role, she gained extensive jury trial and litigation experience while advocating for victims in sensitive, high-impact cases. She later transitioned into civil litigation, where she handled complex cases across North Carolina, including medical malpractice, product liability, and catastrophic personal injury matters. 

In addition to her practice, Aindrea has contributed to the development of future trial lawyers as an Adjunct Professor at Wake Forest University School of Law. There, she coached students in the trial advocacy program and helped lead Wake Forest to its first national trial advocacy championship in 2018.

Personal Biography 

Aindrea enjoys a full life in Winston-Salem with her husband, their two children, and their rescue dog, Harrison. She enjoys traveling, cooking and baking, hiking, being involved with her church community and exploring all the museums, coffee shops, and parks that the North Carolina has offer.
