Professional Biography
Juliette Kaestner represents individuals in personal injury and class action matters. She is passionate about advocating for people whose lives have been disrupted by negligence or corporate misconduct and approaches each case with compassion, diligence, and strategic precision.
Before joining White & Stradley, Juliette gained substantial experience in complex civil litigation, working on class action and personal injury cases across multiple jurisdictions. She has been deeply involved in all stages of litigation, from case investigation and discovery to motion practice and settlement.
Juliette is licensed to practice law in North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey, and is admitted to several United States District Courts, including the Eastern and Middle Districts of North Carolina, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, District of New Jersey, and Eastern District of Michigan. She is an active member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, the Tenth Judicial District Bar, and the Wake County Bar Association.
Outside of the office, Juliette enjoys exercising, going to concerts, and cooking for family and friends. She especially loves going on cruises with her husband and exploring new destinations together.
